Through partnership with a dedicated charity, we can cover services relating to mental health, substance abuse, and addiction for those meeting specific criteria:

Do you offer in-person sessions?

Yes, we offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. Our staff members are flexible to meet your needs. You can indicate your preference when booking an appointment.

I'm a single parent — can I bring my child to my session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have staff members available (with advance notice) to assist you with care for your child while you are in session with your clinician. Please let us know when scheduling so we can arrange this.

What are the credentials of your staff members?

Our staff members include Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Associate Professional Counselors (APC), Licensed Therapists, Registered Nurses (Psychological and ADHD Evaluations, Medication Management), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT), International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC), Addiction and Recovery Specialists, and Peer Support Specialists.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first session is an intake assessment where your clinician will get to know you, understand your concerns, and discuss your goals. Together, you will develop a personalized treatment plan.

Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes.

How long does treatment usually take?

Treatment length varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (8–12 sessions), while others may engage in longer-term care. Your clinician will discuss this with you and adjust as needed.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Everything discussed in therapy is confidential, with limited exceptions required by law:

Imminent danger to yourself or others
Suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult

Your clinician will discuss confidentiality with you at your first session.
