Progress & Transition
Contact us by phone, email, or through our booking form. Our team will answer your questions and help you schedule your first appointment.
Your first session is a comprehensive intake where we learn about your history, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve. This helps us understand how to best support you.
Based on your assessment, your clinician will develop a tailored treatment plan using evidence-based approaches that align with your goals and preferences.
Regular sessions — typically weekly — where you and your therapist work together on your goals. We adjust the plan as you grow and progress.
As you build skills and make progress, we work toward your long-term goals — whether that means ongoing support, reduced frequency, or transitioning out of formal therapy.

Our clinicians are trained in a range of evidence-based modalities, allowing us to match the right approach to each individual's needs.

Teaches techniques to stay present, reduce stress, and manage anxiety, depression, and overwhelming emotions.
Family Systems Therapy
Explores family dynamics and relationships to improve communication, boundaries, and overall functioning.
